Smart recovery keeps you ready to defend:

  • Days 1-3: Rest, hydrate, celebrate. No running.
  • Days 4-7: Light walks only. Check your territory map.
  • Week 2: Easy jogs. Scout neighboring territories.
  • Week 3+: Resume normal training. Plan expansion.

Territory Defense

While you recover, rivals might challenge your claims. Keep the app open. Watch for notifications. When you're ready, defend what's yours with targeted runs through contested zones.
